The world of tisanes (not from the Camellia family, particularly Camellia sinensis) is huge. Think of every edible flower or fruit or plant that can also be brewed with water. So the world of tisanes is abundant with choices. We have a small offering that we like, covering the categories of fruit, flowers, herbs, and the popular plants of rooibos and maté. We recommend brewing tempetures between 190°-200°F and base the time on personal preference, starting at 3 minutes.
